TERMS OF USE OF THE onlyproxy.com INTERNET SERVICE

The functionality of the Internet service is onlyproxy.com provided through online solutions, by using it on an "As is" basis. The Service disclaims responsibility for material or moral damage that a person may incur in the process of using the Service onlyproxy.com or the services that are provided within the Service.

This document is the official provision of the Internet Service onlyproxy.com and in its legal component is an offer agreement (offer) of the Internet Service Administration to an unlimited number of persons to accept this offer by passing the registration procedure in the Internet Service onlyproxy.com.

  3. Engaging in any prohibitive, criminal, or otherwise illegal activity, including breaches of information protection (security, confidentiality).
  4. Participation in and preparation for any kind of terrorist, military, paramilitary activities, militia or similar activities.
  5. Espionage, stalking, harassing, pranking on others, or encouraging bigotry and discrimination by both skin color and religion of worship.
  6. Applying any increased risks to third parties, harmful or destructive activities, including not distributing viruses, adware, trojan horses, worms, malware and spyware, or any other similar malicious acts and products, or any other computer code, file or program that may interrupt, hijack, destroy, limit or adversely affect the functionality of any computer software hardware, telecommunications, network equipment.
  7. Hacking, fraudulent actions, hacking, virus distribution, sabotage on the network, phishing, carding, social engineering.
  8. The use of access to child pornography, its distribution, and the commission of other types of activities that can cause physical and moral harm to minors against persons under the age of 18, and especially surveillance.
  9. Activity that harasses or advocates the persecution of another person.
  10. Carrying out illegal activities, disseminating information that is misleading or false, fraudulent.
  11. Abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or defamatory conduct or conduct.
  12. Violating any applicable law or doing anything that is illegal in any jurisdiction.
  13. Violation of these Rules and/or the User Agreement and/or the Personal Data Privacy Statement.

  18. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the system, including its functions and features, the computer system and the networks to which the system may connect.
  19. Use of the system in a manner that violates confidentiality, security or otherwise causes damage to property, persons and/or legal entities.
  20. Using the system in a way that results in an unreasonable or unevenly large overload of the system, technical or software infrastructure.
  21. Engaging in another disproportionate and generally unacceptable activity.

Taking into account the nature of the services provided by the Internet Service Administration and the functionality of the Internet Service:

  1. The Administration is not responsible for the safety of the data and information uploaded by the User, except for cases when the User transfers personal and other confidential data to the Administration in the process of consuming the services of the Administration. The protection of personal and other confidential data of the User is carried out within the framework of the privacy provision, as well as in strict accordance with the current legislation, international standards (GDPR), as well as generally accepted practice on the Internet.
  2. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of the data (including payment) provided by the Users in the process of using the services of the Internet Service. The Administration does not take actions to check the relevance and truthfulness of any data (including personal, payment) that are transmitted by the User to the Administration in the process of using the Internet Service. In some cases, the Administration may request the User to confirm the data provided for verification/identification of the User within the Internet Service.
  3. The Administration does not guarantee that the Internet Service, software, servers and computer networks used by the Internet Service are free from errors and malware. The Administration is not responsible if the use entails the loss of data or damage to the User's equipment. The Administration makes every effort to control the Internet Service for malicious software, but at the same time the User must understand that the Administration does not give any guarantees that the Internet Service will not cause any damage to the User or his equipment.
  4. The Administration is not responsible for possible failures and interruptions in the operation of the Internet Service, as well as the loss of information caused by such failures.
  5. The Administration shall not be liable for any damage to the User, mobile device, any other equipment or software of the User caused by or related to the use of the services of the Administration or the use of the Service.
  6. The Administration does not bear any responsibility or any obligations for damage caused to the User as a result of interaction with advertising placed within the framework of the Internet Service, if any. The Administration does not guarantee the quality and completeness of the information that is placed within the Internet Service as advertising. In such situations, the Internet Service acts exclusively as a platform that places advertising materials and does not provide any guarantees in relation to such advertising materials.
  7. The Administration is not responsible for the actions performed by third parties using this account when selecting the password for the User's account. The Administration disclaims any responsibility for damage and harm that may be caused in the event of hacking of the User's account by third parties.
  8. The Administration shall not be liable for any damage that may be caused to the User, including loss of data, information, financial losses, deletion of the account or termination of the functioning of the Internet Service due to circumstances beyond the control of the Administration (force majeure, etc.).
  9. Under no circumstances shall the Administration be liable to the Users or to any third parties for any damage, including lost profits or lost data, harm to life and health, honor, dignity or business reputation, resulting from the use of the Administration's services, the content of the Internet Service or other materials to which the Users or other persons have gained access using the Internet Service, even if the Administration warned or pointed out the possibility of such harm.
  10. Any trademarks, signs and names of goods, services and organizations, design rights, copyright and related rights that are mentioned, used or quoted within the Internet Service belong to their rightful owners and their use does not give the right to any other use. Unless otherwise indicated, the Administration is in no way connected with the copyright holders, and no one except the copyright holder can dispose of the rights to use copyrighted materials.
  11. The Administration is not responsible for the User's actions with the Internet Service and its tools.
    Inaction on the part of the Administration in case of violation by the User of the rules for the use of the Internet Service or its components does not deprive the Administration of the right to take appropriate actions to protect the interests later.
  12. It is prohibited to use any content of the Internet Service without prior permission for such actions of the Administration.
  13. The Administration shall not be liable to the User if the Administration restricts access to the Internet Service (proxy servers) to the User, in case of violation by the User of the agreements/contracts on the basis of which the User received access to the Internet Service.
  14. The Administration shall not be liable to third parties who have suffered from the User's actions when using the services of the Administration, who, in violation of these Rules (other documents) or the current legislation, has caused harm or other damage to such third parties.
  15. The Internet Service is provided on an "as is" basis, i.e. without guarantees of quality and suitability for any express or implied purpose. The Administration does not guarantee that the Internet Service will work uninterrupted and error-free. The Administration has the right (and this is an essential condition for the provision of services) without explaining the reasons to deny access to the Internet Service to all users or any of them for a while or forever, to delete any information or any content, data and information posted within the Internet Service. The Administration reserves the right to suspend the provision of services to users at any time without giving reasons. The Administration does not guarantee and is not responsible for the accuracy, relevance, harmlessness and reliability of information, data posted on third-party resources, links to which are posted on the pages of the Internet Service. When clicking on these links, the User is aware that he acts solely at his own risk. The User confirms that his use of the Internet Service is at his own risk. The Administration does not guarantee that any information uploaded by users will meet the criteria of reliability, accuracy and relevance.
  16. You can request a refund only if the services were not received by you in full, or did not correspond to your order. To issue a refund, you need to contact our support service using the ticket system of your personal account on the website. The request will be considered and a refund will be made to the card or wallet.

The Administration reserves the right to make changes to the text of these Rules, notifying the Users by publishing a new version of the Rules. The User is obliged to regularly monitor changes made to these Rules. If the User does not agree with the new version of the Rules, the User is obliged to immediately stop using the Internet Service (its services). If, after the entry into force of the new version of the Rules, the User continues to use the Internet Service and/or the services of the Administration, the User thereby confirms his full consent to the new version of the Rules.
