This Privacy Policy is the official policy of the onlyproxy.com Internet service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) and the Service's representative offices in messengers that are mentioned on the Service pages (including the @onlyproxy channel in the Telegram messenger). To be able to use the services, the user must provide the Service Administration with personal data (and other data) that may be needed by the Service Administration to provide services for renting electronic (proxy) addresses on the Internet. By providing their data to the Service Administration, the User agrees to the collection, processing, storage and transfer of such data to third parties, in order to organize the provision of services. Within the Service, Users are given the opportunity to place an order for the rental of proxy addresses from the list offered on the Service pages. Services within the Service are provided on a paid basis (Price and characteristics are published at the following address - http://onlyproxy.com/ceny/, while the User agrees that the data on this page is for informational purposes only (not an offer) and can be changed by the Service Administration unilaterally).

The Administration reserves the right to use personal data to fulfill contractual obligations that have been agreed upon between the parties.

The collection, processing, storage and transfer of personal data of Users that were provided voluntarily by such users is carried out under the following conditions:

The Service Administration respects the privacy of users and has developed this personal data privacy policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting the privacy of Users. This privacy policy describes the information that the Service Administration collects, how this information may be used, to whom it may be transferred, and in what cases it is disclosed. By its nature, this document is an offer, namely a unilateral proposal to an unlimited number of persons to conclude an agreement on the terms and conditions specified in this document. Any active actions of the User within the Service (including registration, placing an order, etc.) are recognized by the Service Administration as acceptance of this offer and indicate that the User has read the terms of this Personal Data Confidentiality Policy, accepts such terms, consents to the processing of his/her personal and other personal data, and also confirms that, in accordance with the jurisdiction of his/her state, he/she has the right to enter into such contractual relations (has a sufficient level of legal capacity).

Under personalin this Regulation, the term “personal data” means information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified. The Service Administration guarantees the proper protection of users' personal data, as provided for in the "Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data" (Strasbourg, January 28, 1981).

The processing of personal data shall mean any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, restoration, use and distribution (dissemination, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including with the use of information (automated) systems.

The Service Administration informs users that by providing any personal data in the process of using the Service or its services, the user thereby grants the Service Administration consent to the processing of personal data in the amount and by the means provided for in this Regulation.

Consent to the processing of personal data shall mean the voluntary expression of will of an individual (subject to his/her awareness) regarding the granting of permission to processing of his personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of their processing, expressed in writing or in a form that allows us to conclude that consent has been granted.

INFORMATION AND DATA THAT IS COLLECTED IN THE PROCESS OF USING THE SERVICE.

  1. The Service Administration may collect information that can identify the User. The Service Administration may collect this information through the Service (including at the time of User registration), as well as in the process of Users using the functionality of the Service. By using the Service, the User permits the collection, analysis and storage of data related to the provision of services and cooperation within the Service.
  2. In the process of using the Service, the User provides the Service Administration with personal and other information that is necessary for the Service Administration to provide services, including information that may be transferred by the Service Administration to third parties to organize the provision of services.
  3. The Service Administration reserves the right to transfer the received information to counterparties in order to fulfill its obligations to such persons.
  4. The Service Administration reserves the right to transfer the received information to government agencies and departments upon their request, in accordance with the law and other regulatory acts of the current legislation, as well as international law.
  5. Any personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679. The Service Administration uses the provided data only for the purposes listed in this Regulation, as well as to improve the quality of the Service and its services.
  6. The Service Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User, but reserves the right to monitor the accuracy of such personal data. The Service Administration shall not be liable for any negative consequences or conflict situations that may arise as a result of the User providing erroneous personal data.

INFORMATION AND DATA THAT MUST BE PROVIDED IN ORDER TO USE THE SERVICE.

  1. In order to start using the services, the User will be asked to provide certain data by entering such data in the registration form, namely the User's email address, which is provided during the User's registration process on the page - https://panel.onlyproxy.com/register/. The Service Administration may collect and store any personal information that the User provides when using the Service or in any other way. Any received data is collected, processed, stored and used by the Service Administration in strict accordance with this Regulation, as well as with regulatory and legal acts that govern the use of Users' personal data.

USE OF TECHNOLOGY TO GATHER INFORMATION.

  1. The Service Administration uses various technologies to collect information from the User's device and about the User's actions within the Service.
  2. The Service Administration reserves the right to use automated scripts, plugins and other software products to collect, process, store and transmit personal and other data of the User that were previously downloaded or transmitted by such User during the use of the Service.
  3. The Service Administrationvisa reserves the right to make changes to the procedure for collecting, processing, storing and transferring personal and other data received from the User.   2. Any use of technologies in the process of the Service operation is carried out exclusively within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine and generally accepted norms of the Internet community.

INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THIRD PARTIES FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES.

  1. The Service Administration may allow service providers, advertising companies and advertising networks, as well as other third parties to display advertising on the pages of the Service. These companies may use tracking technologies such as cookies and web beacons to collection of information about users who view and interact with their advertising.
  2. The Service does not provide any anonymous personal information to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for in this Policy or applicable law.

PROCESSING OF THE INFORMATION AND DATA OBTAINED.

  1. The Service Administration may use the information to:
    1.1. provide and improve services;
    1.2. manage the User account and provide customer support;
    1.3. conduct research and analysis on the use of the Service;
    1.4. communicate with Users via e-mail;
    1.5. develop, display and track content and advertising;
    1.6. Service analytics;
    1.7. application of any rights specified in the documents posted on the Service pages.

TRANSFER OF INFORMATION AND DATA RECEIVED.

  1. Personal information. The Service Administration does not transfer personal information to third parties, except for cases specified in this Personal Data Confidentiality Policy.
  2. The Service Administration may exchange personal information with service providers. The Service Administration may exchange information, including personal information, with third parties who perform certain services on behalf of the Service Administration. These service providers may have access to personal information necessary to perform their functions, but are not allowed to distribute or use such information for any other purposes.
  3. The Service Administration may disclose information, including personal information:

SCOPE OF INFORMATION AND DATA PROVIDED.

  1. The User may choose not to provide certain information, but this may result in the inability to use the services.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.

  1. The Service Administration takes security measures to protect Users' personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, the Service Administration does not guarantee that personal information will always remain secure. Users should also take care how they process and disclose personal information and should avoid sending personal information through unsecured channels.
  2. The Service Administration protects and secures the personal data received in accordance with generally accepted data protection practices in the Internet community, as well as in strict accordance with international standards in the field of collecting, processing, storing and transmitting personal data of Internet users.
  3. The user has the right to contact the Service Administration with a request to delete personal information (data) that was previously provided by the user by sending a corresponding request to the Administration's e-mail address.
